MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES & PACKAGING OPTIONS
<500 UNITS
Access to limited cap and bottle options. Comes with our standard square bottle shape in either 50 ml or the 10 ml travel size. Choose from silver or gold caps and sprayers. Standard boxes available if needed.
500-999 UNITS
Access to standard caps and bottles in various shapes and sizes. Cap materials include plastic, aluminum, wood, and zamac. Options for custom labels or screenprinted designs in addition to a custom box design.
1,000+ UNITS
Extensive customization options, including unique bottle styles and a variety of cap materials including, plastic, aluminum, wooden, magnetic, zamac, and more. Option for custom labels or screenprinted designs in addition to a custom box design.

QUOTATIONS
Detailed quotations for all components are provided after consultations to determine the specific project components and quantities required for the project.
FINAL PRICING
A final unit price per finished product is sent for approval before production begins. This price includes all packaging components and fragrance. Shipping costs are quoted separately.
RE-ORDERS
Re-orders require the same MOQ as the initial order. Lead times are typically shorter for re-orders but may be affected by stock availability and production times.

FRAGRANCE BRIEF
We assist you in crafting a comprehensive fragrance brief that captures your requirements, preferences, and vision. Our team provides guidance throughout this process, ensuring that the brief accurately reflects your expectations and brand identity. This detailed document becomes a crucial guide for our perfumers, enabling them to achieve the best possible results.
SAMPLE & APPROVAL PROCESS
We provide physical samples of fragrances, modifications, and packaging components for your review. Once you approve all components and the final fragrance, we will issue a firm quotation with the final pricing for your project. Production will commence only after this final approval.
REVISIONS
We provide 3 opportunities for revisions of the fragrance during development to ensure customer satisfaction. With a comprehensive fragrance brief, extensive revisions are usually not necessary. Three revisions is typically sufficient, especially since we work with very experienced perfumers.
FRAGRANCE CONCENTRATION: Our standard concentration is 20% fragrance oil, but this can be adjusted to lower or higher concentrations based on your requirements.
REPLICATING FRAGRANCES
We offer the option to create fragrances inspired by existing ones on the market. However, we cannot guarantee exclusivity for these formulations, as other customers may request similar creations. We recommend making distinct modifications to the fragrance to maintain uniqueness.

All fragrances are IFRA compliant and free of phthalates and parabens.

We understand that each client has unique needs and preferences. Whether you require vegan, cruelty-free, all-natural, or other specific criteria for your fragrances, we are here to accommodate your requests. We ask that you please communicate your needs in the brief before the development process begins. We will work closely with you to create a fragrance that aligns with your values and standards.
TRANSPARENCY
In the fragrance industry, it's standard practice for the ownership of the fragrance formula to remain with the independent perfumer or fragrance house that develops it. Because the formula is considered a trade secret, by law, they are not required to disclose it. While we can't provide the formula, we strive to maintain as much transparency as possible. We guarantee that every custom fragrance is crafted to your specifications and will remain exclusive to you, with the exception of “dupes” or imitation fragrances.

We work exclusively with alcohol-based perfumes. We do not offer perfume oils or water-based perfumes.

Lead times vary depending on project complexity and component availability.
INITIAL ORDERS
Typically requires 6 to 8 months from concept to final shipment. This timeline includes all stages: brief creation, fragrance development, modifications, sampling, and production.
RE-ORDERS
Usually have shorter lead times but can be influenced by stock levels and specific component production times.
EXPEDITED ORDERS
Additional fees may apply for rush delivery or expedited orders. Please note that we may not be able to guarantee expedited processing for all orders.
Accurate lead times will be provided upon project confirmation and communicated throughout the process to ensure timely delivery.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Estimated delivery times will be provided once production is complete and shipping is arranged.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping due to regulations regarding the hazardous shipment of alcohol. We only ship within the United States.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary based on several factors, including the quantity, size, weight of your order, and its destination. Due to our location in South Texas, shipping to nearby areas is generally more affordable than shipping across the country.
