We know fragrance from the ground up.
Project Fragrance is a fragrance development studio rooted in our family’s multigenerational legacy in natural fragrance ingredients. Through Texarome, our family-owned essential-oil company, we have spent decades working closely with raw materials, distillers, perfumers and fragrance houses.
That experience shapes how we evaluate fragrance, collaborate with perfumers and guide brands from an initial idea to a finished product.

Who is this for?
Founders launching their first perfume, retailers adding a fragrance of their own, and established brands expanding into perfume.
What are your minimums?
Private label starts at 250 units per fragrance. Custom development starts at 500 units per fragrance. For pricing on your project, get in touch and we’ll send you a quote.
How long does it take?
Private label takes about 3–4 months from approved quote to delivery. Custom development typically takes 6–12 months or more, because it includes developing and refining your fragrance. We give you a timeline with your quote.
Who owns the fragrance formula?
The fragrance house retains ownership and custody of the formula, as is standard throughout the industry. Your brand receives the exclusive right to use the fragrance, subject to the terms of your development agreement.
Are your fragrances IFRA compliant?
Yes. Every order includes the compliance documents you need to sell, including SDS and IFRA certificates.
Can I smell the fragrances before choosing?
Yes. The Evaluation Set has all 16 private label fragrances, and the $395 is credited toward your first production order.
Can you help with bottles, labels, boxes and artwork?
We source and supply your bottle, sprayer and cap, label and box, and send proofs before anything is printed. We don’t design artwork; you provide it, and we’re happy to recommend designers we’ve worked with.
What happens after I build a bottle or apply?
After you build a bottle, we review your choices and send a personalized quote. Custom development applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
