What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom projects?

For private label projects using fragrances from our in-house scent library, the minimum order is 250 bottles per fragrance.

For full custom fragrance development, including formulation and packaging, the minimum is 500 bottles per fragrance.

Smaller quantities for special events may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

How long does the fragrance development process take?

Depending on complexity, custom projects can take up to 12 months to complete. We’ll provide a detailed timeline after reviewing your requirements.

Can I choose from existing fragrances instead of creating one from scratch?

Yes. We offer a curated library of stock fragrances available for private label use. These are separate from fragrances that we use in our in-house brands.

Do you offer private label services?

Yes. We provide turnkey private label  services that include fragrance selection from our library or custom fragrance development, packaging and production.

Can I use fragrances from your branded collections for my own product line?

No. Fragrances from our brands such as Frio Fragrances, Puro Tejas, and From the Still are not available for private label. However, you may choose from our private label library of fragrances or develop your own custom fragrance.

What is included in the development fee?

Our development fee includes a single custom fragrance, brief, up to three rounds of modifications, and sourcing samples for components and packaging. Additional fragrance modifications are available for a fee.

Can I provide my own packaging or bottles?

We offer a full-service, turnkey experience and do not allow clients to supply their own packaging or fragrance materials due to logistical and compatibility limitations with our production equipment. That said, we’re happy to source special components or packaging from your preferred suppliers, as long as Project Fragrance manages the purchasing and production process.

Do you offer fulfillment or drop shipping?

No, we do not offer fulfillment or drop shipping services. Once your order is complete, we require that you either arrange pickup from our warehouse or provide a shipping address. We do not store finished goods for clients.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. We offer wholesale access to our own brands for boutiques, retailers, and online stores. You can view our Wholesale Catalog and sign up to be a wholesale partner.

What brands are available for wholesale?

Our current brands include Frio Fragrances, Puro Tejas, Raíces, and From the Still.

Where are your products made?

While our fragrances are developed in collaboration with perfumers around the world, all production takes place in Texas.

Are your fragrances clean?

All of our fragrances are IFRA compliant and free from preservatives, phthalates, parabens, additives, fillers, artificial dyes, stabilizers, and UV filters.
