We begin with a collaborative fragrance brief. It's an exploration of your brand, vision, and scent direction. From there, our perfumers develop 3 initial samples with up to 3 rounds of modifications, ensuring the final formula captures your identity and meets your goals.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum for custom fragrance development is 500 units per fragrance and per SKU. This low starting point allows indie brands to test, launch, and scale with confidence and without overcommitting to inventory.

How long does it take to develop a custom fragrance?

The full process typically takes 6–12 months, depending on how quickly selections and approvals are made. Every project is paced by the client. Some move quickly, others take time refining the formula and packaging. Once all components are finalized and approved, production typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Can I create multiple fragrances as part of a collection?

Yes. We often develop fragrance collections.

Can I provide my own bottles or packaging?

Yes — you may supply your own bottles, caps, or boxes. However, we charge a handling fee for external components due to the additional coordination involved. To streamline production and ensure compatibility, we recommend sourcing packaging through our team when possible.

Do you offer fulfillment or drop shipping?

We do not offer fulfillment or drop shipping. Once your perfumes are complete, we ship the finished goods to your designated location or warehouse.

How much does it cost to develop a custom fragrance?

What if I only want a custom fragrance — without packaging or production?

Yes, we offer fragrance development as a standalone service. If you’d like to purchase the finished perfume blend only (without bottles or packaging), we can accommodate this. However, a minimum batch size of 60 KG applies, and clients are required to purchase the entire batch of finished perfume created for their formula.

This option is ideal for clients who have their own filling or production capabilities and are prepared to take delivery of bulk fragrance in its completed form.
