Production itself takes about 4–6 weeks once components arrive. Most of the time goes into choosing your scent and finalizing packaging. We'll give you a timeline for your project with your quote.

Private label FAQ
How much does private label cost?
Pricing starts at $22 per unit with a 250-unit minimum per fragrance. Your quote covers your exact bottle, label, box and quantity, including any setup fee.
Can I use a different bottle or my own packaging?
Private label uses our curated bottles and components, which is how we keep minimums low and timelines short. Looking for a fully custom bottle or packaging? That's part of Custom Development.
Can you change a library fragrance or make one for me?
Private label fragrances are used as they are. An original or modified fragrance is Custom Development, which starts at 500 units.
Can I launch more than one fragrance?
Yes. Each fragrance has its own 250-unit minimum. Add them in Build Your Bottle and we'll quote them together.
What about reorders?
Reorders are simpler. Your fragrance, specifications and sourcing are already set, so we can move straight to production.
Can I use both sample credits?
Yes. The $395 Evaluation Set and the $30 packaging samples are both credited toward your first private label production order.
How do payments work?
A setup fee when you sign, a deposit before production starts, and the balance before your order ships. Your quote lists each amount.
