Can I apply even if I’m a small store or just getting started?

Absolutely. We welcome stockists of all sizes—just let us know a bit about your business when applying.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our opening order minimum is $450, with a $250 minimum for reorders. MOQs are 3 units per SKU for 50 mL bottles and 6 units per SKU for 10 mL bottles and Discovery Sets.

Can I mix and match fragrances to meet the minimum order?

Yes. You can mix different fragrances, but each SKU must meet its individual minimum: 3 units for 50 mL, 6 units for 10 mL and Discovery Sets.

Do you offer testers?

Yes. Testers are available at a discounted rate for in-store sampling only. They cannot be resold and must be purchased in proportion to your order.

Do you offer exclusivity?

We don’t offer exclusivity for our in-house brands at this time. However, if you’re looking for a fragrance that’s completely unique to your store, we offer private label and custom fragrance development services. It’s a great way to create something exclusive that’s truly your own.

What are your lead times?

Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days of payment, depending on availability. We’ll notify you right away if an item is out of stock and offer the option to backorder or adjust your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship wholesale orders within the U.S.

Do you allow third-party reselling (e.g., Amazon, Etsy)?

No. Our products may not be resold on third-party platforms. You may sell through your own retail store or website.

Can I request fragrance samples before ordering?

Yes. We strongly encourage sampling before placing larger orders. Reach out to us to request a Discovery Set or individual samples.

What if my products arrive damaged?

Please report any damage within 48 hours of receipt. Photos of the damaged item and shipping box are required to process a claim or replacement.

Can I return unsold products?

No. We do not accept returns on unsold inventory.
