Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Display & Packaging

All Project Fragrance products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. If you are selling our products online, you must credit Project Fragrance in the product description. At least one product image must clearly show the fragrance in its original packaging.

Retailers are not permitted to sell our products on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or Faire.

Lead Time

Orders ship within 7–10 business days of payment receipt, pending inventory availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated restock date and offer the option to backorder or revise your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns on unsold, opened, or used items. We recommend requesting samples before committing to specific fragrances.

Tester Bottles

Tester bottles are available for purchase to support in-store sampling only.

  • Testers are offered at a discounted rate and must be purchased in reasonable quantities proportional to the order size.

  • All testers are marked as “Tester – Not for Resale.”

  • Testers cannot be purchased as standalone items.

  • We reserve the right to limit the number of testers per order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before orders are processed and shipped unless alternate terms are approved in writing.

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and checks. Orders paid by check will be held until payment clears.

Late Payments: If alternate terms are granted, payments more than 10 days past due may result in order delays, suspension of wholesale privileges, or late fees.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS, unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges will be added to your final invoice at the time of shipment.

Project Fragrance is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. If you’d like to add insurance or request expedited shipping, please let us know at the time of ordering.

Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping within the U.S.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Minimums

  • Opening order minimum: $450

  • Reorder minimum: $250

MOQ per SKU:

  • 50 mL perfumes: 3 units

  • 10 mL perfumes: 6 units

  • Discovery Sets: 6 units

Defective or Damaged Goods

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for product or credit and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

All claims require photos of:

  1. The damaged item(s)

  2. The shipping box and packaging materials

We cannot process claims without this documentation.

Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any additional fees incurred.
